The Thames Sailing Barge Trust who operate the Maldon based barges Centaur and Pudge are holding an exhibition entitled ‘Red Sails Over The Blackwater’,
This exhibition features textile and mixed media pieces exploring what each artist finds magical about gardens. The Material Girls hope visitors to the exhibition will enjoy leaving their troubles at the door and step into ‘The Enchanted Garden’.
An exciting exhibition of work by renowned military artist Hugh Beattie coming to the Centre from 7th to 27 July. The exhibition will be of Hugh’s North Essex Collection and unveiling new works in oil. Joining Hugh during his exhibition will be Peter Deans, our local ceramic artist, a member of the Essex Craft Guild and a selected member of Anglian Potters.
Ailish Warner will be exhibiting her work as part of the 2021 Maldon Festival, artwork, cards and tea towels for sale.
Charlotte Luff, a black and white photographer based in Maldon. With a passion for travel photography, the pandemic offered the opportunity to explore closer to home with the same enthusiasm.
