We are delighted to have made such a positive start since reopening in April. So many visitors have said how glad they are that we are open again. This emphasises to us that we are making a positive contribution to both the local community and visitors from outside the district.
As 2020 closed we reflected on the year and despite being closed from March to July and during the month of November we are pleased to say our visitors were genuinely delighted to visit when we were open and the Christmas market was a great success.
The Maeldune Heritage Centre hopes everyone is keeping well in these extraordinary times. Our doors have been closed recently although work behind the scenes has continued and plans are in place to reopen on Thursday 9 July with our first exhibition starting on Wednesday 15 July.
The Maeldune Heritage Centre Christmas Fair opened on Thursday 15 November and runs until Saturday 21 December. Unique and unusual handmade, quality items are for sale in our exhibition hall.
